A FURTHER CLARIFICATION ON THE MARCH UPDATE

Hi Everyone,

I just re-read my last post, and I wanted to just make sure my last post
was completely clear CCAA will continue to match healthy children with
families through the long established, regular process. Those of you who
are waiting for a healthy child match will get a referral of a child
just for you, on the date that dossiers with your log in date are
matched. If you are not interested in adopting a waiting child, the
matching process remains completely unchanged.

CCAA's decision to eliminate designated referrals for specific adoption
agencies pertains ONLY to families who wish to adopt a waiting child.
From now on, waiting special needs children will only be matched through
the shared list. Welcome House will receive no longer receive waiting
children intended just for us.

This may have been absolutely clear to all of you, but a family who has
never explored the waiting child program, and is only interested in
being matched with a healthy child may have been confused by my post.
